Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

BookingBot offers a free trial period so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. The duration and terms of the free trial will be communicated during onboarding. No payment information is required to start your free trial.

We encourage you to fully test the platform during your trial period to ensure it meets your business needs before subscribing to a paid plan.

2. Subscription Payments

After your free trial ends, continued access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the beginning of each billing cycle.

3. No Refunds Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Because we provide a free trial for you to evaluate the Service before purchasing, we do not offer refunds for any paid subscription period, including partial months.

This applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Unused time remaining in a billing cycle
  • Dissatisfaction with the Service after the trial period
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Downgrade from a higher-tier plan

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
  • No partial refund will be issued for the remaining days in the current billing period.
  • AI auto-replies will be disabled at the end of your billing period.

5. Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion if:

  • You were charged due to a technical billing error on our end.
  • The Service experienced extended, documented downtime that materially prevented you from using the platform during a billing period.

Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted within 14 days of the charge in question by contacting our support team.

6. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing applies.
